. Sorry Gaz!!!!
I don't have any lights on my bike and have also taken off the reflectors. This wasn't a weight saving exercise, they just looked sh*te. I will invest in a set when the dark nights arrive.

1 white steady on the front, 1 red flashing on the back, both Smart Polaris 7s. I'm considering buying an extra front white just to have on steady so I have 2 beams that I can have facing forward, the front one is weak considering the back is really decent. They're at wiggle on sale at the mo - 50% off so if you don't have any lights, consider them!

2 front, 2 rear on bike plus a couple of dangly cateyes on my rucksack + 1 helmet for winter commuting

2 white steady on the front, 1 red flashing, 1 red steady on the back.

Use both front flashing in daylight if filtering in heavy traffic to pick up in drivers mirrors.

Front: hope vision 1 and a smaller, cheaper one, less battery intensive one which is used as see-me-when-it's-gloomy or, when the hope is on, aimed at the road just ahead of my front wheel for pot-hole spotting.

Back: a cateye and another one, both on if dark, just one when it's gloomy.

Some will say that i have gone overboard on lights, but in a city environment you are competing with lights from everywhere and you need to stand out to be seen.

On my regular commuter: Front: a B&M IQ Cyo (hub-dynamo powered) and a Dinotte. Rear: a B&M light powered from the hub and another Dinotte.

I need to replace the front Dinotte though, it's getting cranky.

For all my other bikes I use the Dinotte up front and a Smart Superflash on the rear.
