On topic kinda but since I’ve retired the bike a couple of years ago I’m sorely tempted , to start cycling again ?! Traffic is busier again. The back into the office mantra is defo in full flow !
Just wonder if my knee could cope !?

Depends which way I go, but I commute through the Forest of Dean, from Ross on Wye to Littledean. The direct route is about 18km each way, my usual route is 26km to work and anywhere between 30 and 85km home, depending how much time I've got and whether I'm feeling fit enough to extend it (which doesn't happen as much as it used to, it has to be said). It helps that I only work there two days a week, and I sometimes have either my wife's car or the work van, but I do try and cycle fairly frequently.
Why, thank you! I was wondering if any of the old familiar names were still around!
10 miles through south London and ten miles uphill all they way back
How do you manage that? in London, even the uphill hilly bits are surrounded by flat/downhill bits?
You don't notice those, particularly on the way home
