A seven bed Victorian Semi with a mortgage I could pay off with my credit card.

Most of it is a building site though and it needs reroofing soon. In that 'can't afford it' state. Can't afford to fix it up and can't afford not to. Don't know whether to make flats to let or recreate one big house. Technically I live in a bedsit in the warm middle bit of it.

Own two bed terrace.

When I say own, I mean it's my name on the mortgage.

0 bedroom live work thingy, rented. I used to own a place but the ex wife has that now. She did buy me out just before the property prices began to fall though

We rent a one-bedroom (well, I suppose in the wierd world of estate agents it coutns as 2-bed) Tyneside flat. It's ground floor, so it has a small garden. We couldn't afford to buy where we live and right now we wouldn't want to.

4 bed converted to 3. Loads of room.
Unfortunaltely its an ex council house...pro's and cons.
Cons...not such a nice area, it gets a bit untidy at times, people dont look after their property of gardens. I cant park outside my house...or anywhere near it really.
Pros...it was cheap. £16K for a 4 bed 10 years ago  (after a huge dollop of discount). Its relatively modern, very low maintenance and modern construction means its warm.

So badly want to move to a private area, but the rooms are pitifully small..i've been spoiled.
