She's an attention seeker looking for increased traffic to her blog and she's getting it. Her priority seems to be winning various blogger awards and begging for votes. I don't think she's worthy of further consideration beyond User contacting his colleagues at the HPC.

And she just glosses over your post without answering any of your points.
She just wants to save one life, who can blame her for that??

Funny thing is I do wear a helmet (most of the time), just don't like being told what to do. That's my wife's job.

If you're lying in the gutter after being hit by a car, would you rather be treated by a professional or someone who thinks you're an idiot for not wearing a plastic hat AND who thinks you are probably to blame?

Just someone who knows what they are doing will work for me. If you think paramedics don't have a view on all the drunks and druggies that they have to deal with (and that makes cyclists a very small percentage of their work) then I've got this bridge you might be interested in, one careful owner.

If this person is a working paramedic then I have little doubt that they will work to the best of their ability to fix me if I've been hit by a bunch of ill maintained scaffolding or jumped naked but for a cloak from a first floor window while off my tits on 'shrooms. They sure as hell don't do the job for the thanks or the money. They might go back and call me a total nobber for what I've done, and possibly even given me knee jerk advice to my face, but they'll have done their damnedest to see me able to do it again.

Yes, a cyclist who chooses to not wear a plastic hat is not the same as a drunk or druggie.

Ah, found it:

"most injuries and deaths on the road from cyclists being knocked off are from them jumping red lights and not wearing helmet. "

She's a nasty, victim-blaming liar.

Yep , she is trying to come off nice and caring while promoting hatred towards cyclists because of her narrow skewed views !
