Agreed. Even a relatively low-output light can be a nuisance if angled up too high, a point lost on some cyclists, unfortunately.

I agree. After all how annoying is it when a fellow driver dazzles you with they're lights on full beam. It must be the same for when you are riding a bike. A bit of consideration goes a long way, after all we all have to use the road don't we.
