Just don't try getting anywhere by car tomorrow, the Orwell Bridge will be closed and all the traffic will be routed round or through the town. At least there won't be too much in the way of container lorry movements as Felixstowe Port will most likely be closed down as well.

Just walked the dogs. Avoided any trees and went around a field. After 5 minutes I thought nah! Les get the f*** out of here. My advice don't bother going out. You are in danger of getting wiped out by flying debris.

Heavy rain and strong winds here. It has been going on all night and still is. Luckily, the house is still standing and so is my shed with the bikes in. Even the dog is reluctant to go out to do his business.
