I didn't forget.You forgot accurate and true?
So you would take the evidence of someone like John Heyworth , Chair of the Association for Emergency Medicine as a credible source when he talks about helmets?
Should we rely on his testimony and act upon it without question?
More importantly - You need to learn the difference between discredit and point out the genuine restrictions, and limitations.
Of course giving evidence and information that shows helmets are not the wonderful lifesavers some would have us believe can be uncomfortable, but it enables an individual to make a genuine informed decision..... surely you understand that?
As for credible evidence, when it was offered you stated you had absolutely no interest
I don't need to take anyones evidence or opinion on helmet safety really do i?? It's all about individual choice. You know mine. I choose because i believe hitting your head on the road or hard surface can be improved upon with the aid of a helmet. It's my head thanks.
I stand by discredit, especially when you take it upon yourself to try and prove my own helmets are as much use to me sitting in the garage whilst i am out on my bike.
Never said they were "wonderful lifesavers". Quote me if i did. I said that even if they added 1% better protection that might be the difference between living and dying.
I have not seen evidence that would make me stop wearing a helmet nor have i called for you to wear one so i have no idea what your problem is.
