Hamilton; surely he's not going to blow it again? Is he?

F$$k me I nearly chocked on my pint in the last couple of laps. Well worth watching just to see the faces on the Ferrari paddock thinking they'd won it then drop like a stone a couple of seconds later.

I was pacing the room with a goblet of wine. ;)

As sporting drama goes, that was about as good as it gets!

I wonder what Nicole Scherzinger, lead singer of The Pussycat Dolls sees in her boyfriend, the 23 year-old, World Formula 1 champion, multi-millionaire Lewis Hamilton?

Or Hamilton sees in some old bird wot sings and dances and stuff. The boy needs to wise up, get out a bit more.

I have to say, I'm not a fan of Ms Skirtsinger (40 if she's a day ) but she has beautiful skin. Mr Hamilton is a lucky chap.

PS - good research CP. ;)

I really thought he'd been victim of lady luck...even knowing that Glock was still on drys as Brundle said it wasn't raining enough and with only a lap to go:ohmy:

I thought it was a real shame to see the joy and then pain in the Ferrari garage as it was Massa's family that were mostly on show there...and he's a top bloke ;). I'm not sure he'll be in the same position again next year with Kimi as a team-mate:wacko:

No, not really. They had a close up on her in the Mclaren pit and it struck me that she has very nice skin and is probably quite lovely in real life, as opposed to being airbrushed to within an inch. I still wouldn't though. Baggy, with spots of oil over her nose from an afternoons fettling, is still far lovelier. ;)

Fair enough CP, but there is a history of Hamilton being less than well received by rival fans and Brazil is, IIRC, a country with strong ties to Spain. And we know how well loved he is by sections of the Spanish F1 community.
I don't think any other driver would have been booed like that, whatever the situation with Massa.

Don`t want to be pedantic, but i`m going to be, think you`ll find it`s Portugal not Spain. Brazilians speak Portugese not Spanish.

I agree.
To be honest I didn't really care who won it, I only watch it because I like the racing. But Hamilton annoys me, and is going to be insufferable next year now he's won the championship. But all that said, I didn't like the fans booing him, and I think he won it fairly.

I can see why Hamilton annoys people, but it's confidence, not arrogance. I don't think he'll be insufferable next year. I'd like one of the other teams come through to challenge him though. I don't like Ferrari, for their dubious influence and for the way that the cheating German cobbler won in their cars and was lauded by their fans. ;)

I fail to see what Hamilton does to annoy people, perhaps someone could explain?

Or have we all been watching to many media coached celebrity's who have been carefully told exactly what lightweight rubbish they need to say that when a genuine person is interviewed we don't understand them?
