Knows his stuff though . not sure if he has been outed as hes totally up front with everything he does .
I’m not personally invested in Accys issue, or with Dorian rider enough to argue.

If you are interested though, it’s worth a few google searches about him.

To find out what ? If you're interested in investing in a bit of expensive kit then his reviews are fantastic . Anything else is what it is .

I found out last night that the 18 year old assistant who pulled me up for banana possession wants to join the police force. Another gym member told me this. I suppose he was doing a bit of 'exercising one's authority on potential criminals or subversives' practice. You start off with possession of a banana, then move onto arresting people for possessing offensive weapons, drugs etc. Maybe i should test him out and put the word round to other members that i can supply them with illegal anabolic steroids. Then see if he takes the bait.

I slipped on a lump of banana in the gym, I am going to sue the pants off of the guy that was eating it. Fuel up before you go in, a gym is not a cafe.

As for the assistant maybe he was doing his job.

But he wasn’t referencing his review of a product.

But his opinions on nutrition. At which point, I think it’s more relevant than his kit reviews.

His view on nutrition is also valid , dont bother with drugs bananas are better . Hes tried and tested loads of stuff and is a very good athlete .
You suggested googling him and that brings up loads of irrelevant stuff and internet fighting . Not something that interests me .

Lance Armstrong was a very good athlete too. Who said don’t bother with drugs.

On about the possibility of slipping on banana skins, there was a bloke in tonight wearing trousers and wait for this...brogue shoes! Yes,those with the hole pattern and smooth leather soles! What are the possibilities of him slipping,(especially on the leg press foot plate) and then claiming it was someone else's fault i wonder? Then Mr 'Grunt Weighdropper' was in as well. He lifts weights far too heavy for his capabilities about 2 or 3 times making hell of a grunting sound while doing so, then drops the bloody things making a loud crashing sound! Someone should tell him to ease the weights back on the stack gently to avoid this terrible crashing sound.:headshake:

Only open a few days after a long 10 days shut and the staff in my local council run gym are already showing signs of fatigue! It must be difficult sitting behind a desk playing games on the computer,or gawping at their phones all day (sometimes there's four of them doing this). I went in yesterday at 1.30pm and was met by the 'aerobics instructor' sat behind the desk with his arms behind his head yawning widely. He said to me "You do know we close at 3 don't you"?! Hum,whatever happened to "Hello, nice to see you paying customer who keeps me in a job"?. Not just me but others feel the same way. I mentioned this to a woman in the gym who said she just comes in,keeps herself to herself and leaves, not interacting with the staff. It shouldn't be like that! On the walls they have posters saying "Our professional staff are here to gladly help you and regard all our customers as important" blah blah. Another woman i spoke to (aged 63) told me she's not going there again as she thinks they're patronising to anyone 'getting on a bit'. Not only this, but the male changing area is now 'unisex' as the female changing area is temporarily shut for 'maintenance'. So we now have a situation where i could be having a shower and females walk in!! To add to all this, the swimming pool has been shut for 2 months and will be till March at the earliest, due to a leaking pipe under the pool. Makes me wonder what/i'm paying for??!! Rant over!!!:headshake:
