This is a quintessential thatched Cheshire house, I rode past the house on my numerous very flat 100k rides a few years back.

Daventry Road, Barby, Warwickshire

Surprisingly quick once I spotted what looked like a water tower behind the trees, and started searching for them near Rugby, from Willd's location.
Google maps showed a few, and this was one.

That's the right location, looking towards Birsay on Orkney, and you can see the raised headland of the Brough of Birsay on the horizon.
It is my own photo, but you're very close to the same spot.
