It's easier this way, last time I saw him in real life he thought I was someone else anyway.

And are you?

Please count me in for this one, Simon.

I have a SECRET PLAN for the train - the Dahon folds, so it counts as luggage if I can't get a bike reservation!

Um, yes. I'm definitely not who he thought I was.

I'm glad that's cleared up. Assuming you are who you think you are, are we allowed to speak to you on the FNRttC, or will we be wrestled to the ground and have our wheels bent by sundry henchmen and goons?

Perhaps you should meet Arch and MarinYork beforehand, and help plan a route out of York for us?

No one would need a train or a bike - we could all go off in a huff...:evil:

Why didn't I think of it before! A simultaneous and co-ordinated FNRttC Flounce would easily clear any road block or barrier that York council could possibly devise...

I'm in, email on its way. Looks like I can get to York at lunchtime on Friday, returning to London on Sat evening.

Heal up soon MacB.
Good to see you'll be on his one Matt

Sad to hear of your troubles though Al. I hope your recovery will be swift.

Looks like you might not need the emergency meccano and will probably have to cancel the Sutton-on-Derwent team/bridge building excercise, barring HGV incidents before the 18th. I just rode back that way, and the bridge was very boringly open - unless you exceed the width limit. And if I didn't, I'd be very surprised if anyone here does!

Unfortunately not, it's closing for another six weeks from 14 June....
