we'll help you drown your sorrows, Davy! Mine's a brown beerAs I didnt do this last year, will the regulars be staying behind at the end for drinkies?
My tour of England is in tatters right now as had some sad news so could do with staying behind for a jam jar or two..

Indeed I do and alas, its highly unlikely to be in Hull now, so Brighton it is..
Brown beers all round then!
As Dell says about the back of the ride "It's not going to be quick".
Only hope it'll get to Madeira before 12:49 (first of the cheaper trains*) or I'll miss my train home. A bit quicker and possible tipple or three might pass the time.
* £3.65 with railcard @ http://southernrailway.com - or does Claudine still have a stock of 49p tickets?

There are plenty Adrian. Except minimum is now £4.90 with railcard. Be careful you put in London as the destination. It costs more to get off earlier at East Croydon or Clapham Junction. Crazy but if you choose to exit at an open station thee should be little risk of a problem.1470937 said:I take it back, there appear to be no advance tickets left for Saturday.
