Stiffer sole & less stack makes your pedalling more efficient but makes walking much harder lol pros & cons

unless you are putting out pro level watts the assuming your shoes are stiff enough aka not aldi/ sports direct specials the difference is minimal enough not to worry .

Even some Sports Direct firm-soled trainers are fine (assuming good flat pedals) but bizarrely, their 2016 SPD shoes had some of the spongiest soles

Thanks. Ordered one & used it for the first time today. Since some yoofs in a car tried to attack me riding home from work last summer, I've been running a camera on the bars & was thinking of adding one on the seatpost. I nearly bought an Aldi one but there were too many negative comments online. This seems to fit the bill nicely for £45
