Do Road shoes make you faster than using MTB shoes??
Even some Sports Direct firm-soled trainers are fine (assuming good flat pedals) but bizarrely, their 2016 SPD shoes had some of the spongiest solesunless you are putting out pro level watts the assuming your shoes are stiff enough aka not aldi/ sports direct specials the difference is minimal enough not to worry .
