I don't think I have ever had a problem buying online with them to be honest. Waiting with patience for Gatorskins to go on sale.......

Their systems can be slightly clunky (last time I went in they had trouble finding my order on the system/computer even though they had contacted me to saying it was in - also their system used to text you straight back as soon as you ordered saying it was ready to collect - it was an automatic system response so meaningless - they may have corrected this) - but generally I find Halfords decent and they do some good offers - they also full-time stock some unglamourous useful bits.

It now waits a bit (texts sent in batches, perhaps?) but the text was still unrelated to whether the order was actually ready to collect when I picked something up for a friend a couple of months ago. Their system is such a shambles that I only buy urgently-wanted bits there when they're the only shop open (late evenings and Sundays).
