I was thinking that, Looks like it’s a cheap carbon bottle cage from china or something with a sticker put on it. Could be the reason he is so vague with the details for a high quality piece of kit.

Definately dodgy. He's got a Pinarello stem top cap which has "Pinarello stem top cap carbon. never been used but been in drawer for about a year and having a clear out. Looks great". However, he's been selling the same item for several weeks, many times over.

Stole from another site select a long sleeve jersey, socks, balaclava and knee warmers and select the cheapest delivery option and get all of them for £39.99 with free delivery

Now showing as £45. Probably a difference maker for me as I only really want the jersey and might never use the leg warmers and certainly wouldn't cycle with the balaclava, although that might be handy if I lose my job this year and have to switch to a less honest profession!

It was def at £39.99 when I added them all to my basket.

I had an email earlier today where the price was stated as £44.99. However, adding them to the basket they do come up as £39.99.
If you apply discount code CLOTH215UK (buy 2 items get 15% off), price comes down to £35.58!

I wasn't planning on buying any cycling kit as I've not done any since October due to no longer having my winter steed so retired for the winter. This was too good to turn down though and as said already with the code on the site CLOTH215UK it's £35.58 and as everything nowadays I also used topcashback and got 4.04% cashback as long as it goes through which it should so awesome offer ^_^

I'm going to now start saving up for a winter warrior so I'm not off the bike for so long other than on the TT. Fingers crossed the weather improves sooner rather than later.

Scott clothing gear - Blokes and birds jerseys from £9.99 & around £8.50 and Gilets from £19.99. Also a load of gloves. http://startcycles.co.uk/sale/category/scott-clearance.html?dir=asc&limit=21&order=price&p=4

Code CLOUD5 gets you 5% off.
The jerseys I got - the sizing was all spot on.

The RC Minus gilet I got in large however was absolutely tiny. This was for a 40" or less chest and under 12 stone.

My experience with them has been good and have answered questions within an hour - which is better than my experience with the big boys CRC and Wiggle.

Usual tactic of price bumping as they have had a lot of takers.

What PBK - as it is under "The Hut" group - do is advertise ridiculous prices -get a load of people to sign up trying to buy. Take all their payment and ID details. Then, just as you are expecting a dispatch message, instead let you know they got the price wrong and will be refunding you within the week.

I'm not sure whey people keep falling for The Hut and PBK.....

Well, I do - it's because people are idiots!

What amazes me is that people actually do not know about the appalling experience is when shopping with The Hut and then hilariously question my motives. All I am doing, as an experienced online buyer and seller is pointing out the worst buying experiences I have had, consistently - LOL!

If you choose to not look into The Hut and it's level of "service" before you buy - more fool you!

I guess I must be one of those 'idiots' as I've used PBK several times without any problems whatsoever. And FWIW, their own brand kit is pretty decent. I've got both a pair of their elite bibshorts & longs and for the price I paid for them, they're an absolute bargain.
Spend any time on Google and you can get bad feedback on any company, my guess you've just spouted someone else's 'info' otherwise you'd be spitting feathers about how you got ripped off. But it wouldn't be the first time on this thread would it?

Another thumbs up for PBK, never had any problem with them at all, all the stuff I ordered had been dispatched next day and shock, horror......its all been the stuff I actually ordered, their own brand has seen many miles and its very decent, on par with Wiggles own brand.
Maybe time to lay down the pitchfork for a while and step away from the internet...;)

PBK seem to have been fine but Zavvi who are under that Hut group or shocking, took my cash for an item that was in stock at Xmas and then sat on it for nearly a week. Had to cancel the item and reorder from elsewhere and it came within two days! Would honestly never use them again, anyway digressing
