Garmin 800 + hrm + cadence sensor at amazon is £262, discounted by £87 at minute. The hrm and cadence sensor sell for about £35 each seperately so you get the 800 + Europe maps for less than £200!

cheaper direct! (£4.99)

From what I can see the XL in Fluor Green is £6.95, it's the XXXL that's £1.99. It's another of Amazon's 'From-To' prices that lure you in but find it's only extreme sizes that are the cheap ones. This is the one for any XXXL'ers out there or people happy with £6.95+ for other sizes/ colours.

Aldi have some sort of clearance centre in Sheffield. I went in today and they had all sorts of cycling stuff at half price including most stuff from the previous cycling events. Got some winter gloves for £2.50 and some thermal socks for 99p. They also had loads of jackets/jerseys/base layers/commuter waterproofs etc.

I don't think the Aldi stuff is particularly amazing quality but at those prices you can't really complain!

seems like bargain, 10x Conti race tubes 700c for £27.95 from Ebay shop -"High on bikes"

I need some so if theres a better offer out there please post.

Conti tubes are the most annoying thing that have been cursed upon this planet. Ensure that if using them your minipump pushes onto the valve rather than screws on (there are some screw on pumps with a pressure release such a lezyne which tend to be ok). This is because the ends of conti valves unscrew with the pump themselves (the purpose of this I believe is so that valve extenders can be added for deep section wheels). This can be disastrous on rides, leaving you unable to pump up your spare conti tube, leaving you buggered.
