For fear of this I have set up a secondary e-mail account- the one I use for competitions/ free samples/ anything where I'm likely to be bombarded with stuff- keeps my proper mail for my own things. Just a thought.

Anyone else received their chain yet? I ordered 2 on Sept 17th and was quoted an estimated delivery date of 11th to 19th October. No sign of them yet and the money's not been taken from my credit card.

Just had an email from Amazon apologising for the delay (my final delivery estimate was yesterday). They say they are awaiting stock from their supplier. So their is a possibility we still may get them. I'm being optimistic

Did you get the letter regarding dick head complaints to the company ?
I Sent a message of support to them .
Small companies like this need help, not a load of hassle..

No email here, and still saying delivery estimate: 22 Oct 2013.

...which is obviously nonsense, as it hasn't even been dispatched, so fully expect the date to get pushed back again.

I too was going to write a letter of support to them.

How anybody can complain about a free sample is beyond me, although my brief foray on to the forum in question, nothing suprises me.

I am changing my Garmin Edge 705 to the 800 and trying to find a Thai based distributor. One in Bangkok quoted the equivalent of £370, the same price as my LBS without heart rate and cadence. I found another dealer in Bangkok offering a much better bundle for £273 - not ordered yet - if it sounds too good to be true then....
