I had this happen the other day make sure you are using BCM13 and keep trying it took me several attempts to get it to work for me.

BC have a 15% code for this month only and it only works online and I have used it.

Yeah code BCM13 gets u the 15% off make sure u use caps on the letters, also has said use quidco and print the 10% voucher off and use that instore when u collect,
