Managed to catch a bargain here in France while on Holiday, was in a market yesterday and found Shimano 105 front and rear derailers and brakes. Bought them all for 12 euros, I would say they are 'used' but after clean up i'd say theyd sell for a decent amount

Depends what gear it is

Most of the stuff that comes from raleigh is ordered in, we carry hardly any raleigh products therefore most of it is ordered in for customer orders

I'll give you a very quick theory as to why. I have flat feet which I think is causing me to put most of my pushing force down the inside of my ankle and foot as my foot tries to overpronate. The Fizik shoes have a big arch and I think are lifting my feet on the inside and pushing my feet into a better pedalling position and pushing my drive down through the centre of the balls of my feet. My heels are also not able to drop as much during a pedal cycle thus putting more energy through the pedal. I'm sticking with high end shoes from now on. Sorry to high-jack the thread.

My Halfords post was about one of the bargains here.
It ended up as an unfathomable wild good chase, having gone to collect it on the 14th and last reservation day.

I'm half expecting to have another chase to claim the money back if/when it does not materialize.
To be fair, all prior online buys I had no problem, and even had phone calls when not in stock.

2 Topeak Rear UFO Lights pick up from Halfords Nuneaton today for £3 each as per original post. They were on disply for £15.99 IIRC.
Spot on in my book for a £3 light. Will do nicly for mine and the good ladys road bikes for when returning back later than expected on an outing.
