I think you're banging your head against a brick wall trying to convince people that its a jolly bad show not to let you pull their pants down for a genuine mistake. Not one person has agreed with you , yet you still think because you messed up and took the hit so should everyone else. If I was that shop I would be chuffed you're not going to do business with them again.
I agree with him, but I choose to live in a idealistic world rather than this "greed, take, and fark everyone else" world.

They also went one step further than most and posted on here. @Fixed Gear Frenzy - well done for doing so.

Fair enough. It's only my opinion. I wasn't trying to convince anyone it's the right opinion though. To be frank, I don't need any to agree with me, I just see it from my perspective as a retailer (I'm sure other retailers will see it differently of course, as we all have varying opinions and perspectives).

I've used Hitachi tools for about twenty years and they really are excellent.

I know it's not helpful to you, but I've been refunded. Guess he is doing it but slowly? Maybe it has to be processed by hand and he has a lot to do.

Hello slowmotion

i have one of these and although they are ok, the chucks on them are not the best. we bought a few for our installers and they all have the same problem with the chucks not tightening very well.

just a heads up.

Can you write a review after a couple of months about how good these are? Reason I ask is I am used to me Conti's and have used cheaper Michelin models before and found them s***e.

I race on these and have had no problems. I use them on Shimano rims in preference to my Zipps and tubs. I can put them on without leavers so can change a tube quickish if I have to. Been clocked at 52mph on them too.
