Hmm, doubt you'll get much juice out of it. At full capacity you might just squeeze 2 amps out of 2 AA batteries. So if your phone, like mine, is over 2A, you won't even get a full charge.

Cheap though.

Found it weird when I went camping and couldn't charge my phone. Thought this would hopefully give enough charge for a call in an emergency.

Little kids and deprived families that don't earn enough to eat/home themselves.


Not sure about that - I suspect they cost pennies to make, and they were sold in Poundland about a year ago. What is also interesting is the different costs of doing business, it will cost us £2.60 just to post such an item, within UK, by Royal Mail.
