Been to Lidl this morning and bought the 3 watt LED light set for 8.99 works well. Rear Pannier set with a detachable top case which I am impressed with. Bought 2pr gloves and 2pr socks which always come in handy......

Off to work now................................

Without checking to see if it already has been mentioned Costco are selling Bell Crux cycle helmets for £15.99 (VAT free item)

They where in black/blue and black/silver.

Debenhams are doing Dare2B cycling jerseys in Green and Yellow in most sizes for £15.00. I have one and like it, practical but not too flash (e.g. looks better on a mountain bike than a race jersey).

Park Tool PCS-9 workstand
RRP seems to be about £100.
My local Go Outdoors sells them for £84.99. Howevr, Go Outdoors will not only price match if you find it cheaper, they will do 10% less than that. If it's an internet retailer, the item has to be in stock, and they include the postage charge in the price.
Found that Ribble Cycles had a PCS-9 for £75.96. In stock, and free delivery. Took a print out along to Go Outdoors this morning, and voila, one Park Tool PCS-9 workstand was mine, for a bargain £68.17 (yes it should have been 20p more than that, but the 10% subtraction of 75.96 - 7.59 was done manually and the chap didn't do it right; I didn't notice until I got home, I just knew it would be "68-something").

Basically, for me, it has made it the same sort of price as a much cheaper workstand that I was looking at, but I've got the built-like-a-tank Park loveliness instead
