That is a very strategically placed factory fitted go faster stripe with aesthetic quality :tongue:

Besides, it only goes out in dry weather.
I've fitted race blades to the triban for the wet ;)

So between work and weather problems didn't get everything I wanted done but here's the work in progress after a mini deep clean.

Still need to adjust the bars, fit bar tape and new saddle.

Looks like a good job. May do something like this for a 2nd bike in the future... like way, way in the future.

Any sooner and it could result in divorce.

Seriously, this is quite good as you can learn more about something when you take it apart and resemble it.

So slowly updating got everything done except the bar tape but here's the fruit of my labour.

And yes I rotated the bars lol. Also didn't like the selle italia so just picked up one of these from halfords for £5?!?!?
