Looks a bit pointed down. If that suits you then it suits you, but as a very general rule the center section of the saddle should be level.
I think it looks more nose down in the photo than it actually was, but I did adjust it before the commute home... might get a spirit level to it just to check

Thanks Larry  Actually, I think I'm going to sell the Cube (and the Flight) and get something in-between the two to compliment the new Trek - not 100% sure yet though!

have a look at the boardman cx team ...^_^ love mine it got me down to 3 bikes instead of 5.

I looked at the Boardman Team CX once but decided against as it has a carbon fork with no bosses for mounting a front rack low loader. I would ditch the SRAM STI levers though as they were awful, not a patch on Shimamo or Campag versions. But the rest of it was ok. I didn't buy one though despite it being only £500 new, well, an unmarked demo bike.

I looked at the CX Team Larry at the stage when I was going to be spending my own money... couldn't argue with the fact that it was an eminently sensible choice as a year-round commuter, but it just didn't appeal to me. Not 100% sure why, although I think ultimately I wanted a proper road bike, preferably Shimano 105-equipped, rather than a multi-purpose drop-bar cross machine, excellent though it may be! Ended up with a bike far beyond what I could have afforded myself, and am well chuffed

Having said that, it may well be that once the Cube and Flight are sold, I consider a s/h CX Team as my second bike, but at the moment I'm looking at something along the lines of the Flight, albeit a bit more robust but not as rock-a-licious as the Cube – essentially a flat-bar do-it-all bike that's happy to whisk me along the trails and cycle-paths with the kids, or take the commuting strain in the foulest winter weather. At least that's the plan for the moment

So I take it you are self employed.

I'm welljell (apologies I've come over all prepubescent today), lovely bike.

*edit* don't do the mirror, just practice the rear ob's it adds to your overall bike handling skills and makes you a much better rider IMO. Plus, mirrors may allow you to take a lazy look and miss something nasty.

J

You'd think, right, but after my nasty BMW incident, I think it's only the mirror that saved me. Why? because I'd look slightly less often on the upright, and I'd have missed him/her swerving at me and then wouldn't have been able to jink out of the way.
