Favourite bike accessory

Don't cycle anywhere without a buff on my noggin and (& as 2Loose) Cycling glasses (clear, yellow and sunglasses).
Also love my Hope 1's. Great lights and look really smart imo.

I haven't got a Garmin but only use the Cateye computer and that is one item I don't like not having onboard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think of 'accessory' as something that adds to the 'look', like a pearl necklace or a lovely handbag/purse. It is an item that is not required but is nice to have. So, in bike terms, things like mitts, track pumps are necessities, therefore my fave accessory would have to be a fluffy saddle cover!!

ohh now then........the bikes quite useful.... but i should think Aldi SPD cycle shoes for 12 quid and a free app for my 5800 called "Sports Tracker" does a lot of what a Garmin does but i only need one bit of tech ...

i like my garmin 500 but i have to agree with loads of other people on this thread that my buff is an amazing basic bit of effective kit.

Really informative forum, only found it yesterday and drawn straight to the gadget section.

I also have the Satmap Active 10, which up until getting the 800 would have been the favourite - so that will be up for sale very shortly!!!
