Like these two myself and the music within is also rather good! The coffee table book Album by Nick de Witt is a great browse and covers quite an eclectic mix from various designers. The Smiths covers were also quite good too! Gez

The best thing about album covers was that they needn't be 2 dimensional. Alice Cooper's Billion Dollar Babies and School's Out being classic examples.

Edit: I can't find Billion Dollar Babies, but it came as a gatefold shaped like a wallet with a Billion Dollar Bill in the middle.

I still have that ... including the edible knickers!
