Someone from Evri has finally responded. They agree the package is lost in their system somewhere but they are fobbing me off to
Ebay for a resolution.
The email goes on to say:
“I would advise you to get in touch with Ebay as they will be able to assist you further.
I can see that you purchased the shipping label for this parcel via Ebay. While your parcel was sent using the Evri network, Evri are regarded as the carrier in this situation as they provided you with the shipping label. This means that any claims for parcels which have become lost, damaged or delivered late will need to go directly to them so they can discuss the appropriate next steps with you.”
When I try to contact Ebay about it, their bot tells me there’s no trace of a case being opened for non-arrival of the package, probably because I already refunded the buyer, and ends the chat.
Is there any way out of this loop?
