To be honest easy enough mistake when your busy....when working for Royal Mail I've done it loads.Hundred and fifty drops and a few mis deliveries is no big thing.
Frustrating when you're the customer yes....but spare a thought for the courier/postie. šŸ˜

Without fail we always have problems with Evri deliveries.

The latest being a few months ago from Blacks Outdoors and last week from Craghoppers.

On both occasions the next day delivery arrived late, 7 & 5 days respectively.

On the upside, both delivery fees were fully refunded.

We have had problems with Evri before and once we know a retailer uses Evri then we do not order from them again.

Aye I try to avoid them but some recent purchases have had to come through them. Its annoying as 1 this week was great no issues and then this abomination arrived

Local Evri delivery man is on holiday this week so I was a bit concerned when the one day not WAH that they had made a delivery. Got home to find the parcel on the side facing doorstep nicely hidden from view by an adjacent shrub.

I like that they expect you to review the delivery when they throw it on the doorstep and sod off.

Well the people asking for the review don't know that is what their delivery person has done.

Part of the reason they ask for reviews is to find out whether those people are working properly or not.

But when did we get to a point where we are expected to review absolutely everything, itā€™s exhausting

I agree, though it is entirely optional. It doesn't help though that companies like to plaster their Trust Pilot scores (other review sites are available) all over their advertising, as if they're any indication of reliability.

My former employers ranking is currently 2 off over 7,000 reviews which seems quite generous to me. Must be quite frustrating for what is a really responsive social media team to be constantly defending the rubbish products on offer.
