Does anyone know a contact telephone number for Evri that does not involve talking to a machine?
Their listed number 0330 808 5456 is menu-driven bollox which tells me what I already know; my parcel is more than 10 days overdue.
As the sender, I consider the parcel lost and want to claim compensation but can’t find a way past Evri’s blocks to submit my claim.
Anyone already done this?

Have you contacted the seller? Evri's contract is with them and its for the seller to sort / put right.
