Open this on You Tube, the comments are comedy gold, looks like Musk has just killed the goose that lay's the golden egg, don't think they'll be selling as many as they hoped they would

The price increase is the biggest concern

Take it back, it's only the launch edition which is pricey.

Also the outgoing model Y has special offers for PCP agreements at less than £300 per month.

Reading about the tariffs on Canadian goods and saw this snippet
" Tesla, for example, relies on a small parts manufacturer in Canada, Laval Tool, to create the molds for its Cybertruck. It already costs up to $500,000 per mold, Bloomberg noted, and since many of the mold components are sourced from Canada currently, that cost could go up at a time when Cybertruck sales already aren't great "
I wouldn't be surprised to see them use this as an excuse to cease Cybertruck production whilst blaming Canada.

It'll turn into the EV non-owners thread at this rate!
So....in the interests of moving on from the lunatic (IMHO) CEO.....& gently chucking at report after report of how their sals are dropping.....
.....we are still loving our Kona here :becool:

....although I do need to fashion a little 'hat' to hide the sensor on the steering wheel which watches me & beeps every time I spend too long not looking forwards.....like at a junction, where my head is found turning left & right
Covering it up results in a prolonged beep and a permanent 'red eye' in the dash, BUT stops the incessent nagging.
The future of driving, eh!

I read about the sales drop for Tesla but my thought is that is a product of more competition in the market compared to before?

I’d suggest that as the majority of new EV sales in the UK are by companies due to the tax efficiency currently in place and many companies are apolitical, focussed on overall costs.
