Here's another suggestion. It takes in coastal routes using the Undercliff, Nature Park at Newhaven and the back roads in Seaford so avoids much on the A259. Then Cuckmere Haven ( a wonderful sight), Birling Gap and Beachy Head (Cafe or toss yourself off :eek: ). Wiggle back through the lanes into Lewes and then an option to hack back to Brighton on the A27 cycle path or wiggle through to the Beacon for a last hurrah and some booze chez moi.

Richcan you put up a bike route toaster map like above of your loop?

Is that ridewithgps link no good? I'm not very techie!

I'll tweak the route anyway if we go for it - it was a rush job this morning but gives you the general idea.

If you fancy a recce of that one sometime sooner I'm game.

Maybe you'd join us Greg; possibly between Xmas and NY?

cool...erm..does that go up the beacon then mate? (EEEEK^_^)...has to be a hilly one that right..I mean the cliffs and all...will need to get more in shape...so yes let's do it and see how far i get :laugh:
