Why would you after all the Nairo publicity?
The way Im reading it is he gets cancelled for that Giro but because it's just a UCI rule (not Wada), it doesn't count as a doping offence ? so doesn't get a ban.
Following on from that I've just read Bora are interested in Nairoman 😲

Richard Freeman: Ex-British Cycling & Team Sky chief doctor banned four years for violating anti-doping rules

It's an interesting decision that. A couple of reasons:
- seems like if he DID name the recipient of the testo-wotsits, he MIGHT have wriggled out .. but then been jumped on by the medical council for breaching confidentiality!
- it doesn't actually specify anything the layman would call "doping" (I hope I've explained that clearly). Sort of like a rider found to have used a masking agent - there is no reason to do that UNLESS you are doping, but it's not ACTUALLY doping.

Anyways, it doesn't seem like any yellow jerseys are going to be taken off anyone.

I imagine exercise mimetics use is rife now.

Hard to spot, but any newly zero fat athletes would be suspected.
