"I'm ashamed to say I have a works van (white ), the wife has a new car and I have a people carrier. The kids have left home so between just me and the wife we have 3 vehicles. When the kids were young and money was tight we had one old banger.

I do prefer our old life when I had little kids and a crap car and life had more of a purpose. I'm really jealous of people who have a more alternative lifestyle i.e. no car, vegetable patch, bike with basket.

Anyone want to swap a shoot life in Salford for something a bit different ?"
Things have looked up somewhat since then troop.

Got it on 3rd December
Have been to Forest of Bowland twice, hunting and shooting
Wife has taken our Grandchild and her neice to school in it (plus the Grandchild that's not of school age)
I've been to the coop a few times to get my Sunday paper
I've visited Auntie Hilda a few times since I took delivery
You know so much about me and yet the only thing I know about you is that you're a bit creepy.
and the shooting season finishes when? (go on, quick google)
What were you hunting by the way? Wild boar? Gruffalo?

Don't to want to sound cheeky - but why not sell the people carrier now the kids have gone?

You're not cheeky. I still have two children, I have two grandchildren, I have a cocker spaniel, shotguns, pushbikes, brother and his kids (more than occasionally) and I like big vehicles.

Hardly. Have you heard the phrase "ghetto"?

Hang on... Hold the freaking phone, people! A PINK bin, you say? How do I get me one of those?
Pink is the colour of IN Salford:

Salford Council call it magenta and it is the bin lid colour for ..............

That's right...garden waste (it is a Labour run council for those of you who are confused)

Woke up to sound of the bin men this morn. Heard the lorry then heard one of the boneheads shout "if it's not on the pavement, don't take it".
There's a reason they're called refuse collectors.

I'll call you on this one - where did you get the permit from?
What did you hunt/shoot?
What gun/s do you have?
What did you do with the game (if any)?

I had left my bin 3 inches from the pavement so it was technically on my drive and the miserable buggers didn't empty it.

The fact mine was one inch behind my property line gave them a reason not to empty it.

Come now, if we're going to play silly trolling games, let's at least keep it consistent. It's not that difficult to look up what you said a couple of hours previously. :reading:
