Ian Plumb found guilty of riding without due consideration - ordered to pay £926 (fine and costs).
£216 fine, £50 compo and £30 surcharge. The rest was a nobber tax for pleading not guilty.£926 fine, which I'm glad about, but kill (and not just clip a horse) a person while driving (especially a cyclist) and you'd be hard done by to be fined much more than 300 quid.

He wasn't fined £900. He was fined £216.Fined over £900 though. Nobody was hurt although it was stupid. Cyclists have been killed by dangerous driving & fined £170.
