Mine usually falls asleep nearby when I am riding or rowing. Unless I turn the music up really loud 🤡
@Legs I suppose turning Enya up loud has the opposite effect?

Out for 2 hours 20 mins today with 3 x 20 min tempo efforts, natural cadence. Went well, just one closed road which they let me through, certainly cold out there with a north wind.

Last week I did a Turbo Threshold Development workout which was 5 x 4:30mins at 270W with 6 min recoveries. It was hard but managed it.

Today was a progression of that with 5 x 5 mins at 270W with 5 min recoveries. I'm pleased to say I managed it although I doubted I would several times during the workout.

Roy has me down fot "The Pin Cushion" next week which looks horrible. I'll post the detail later.

I've not seen athletica before. It looks interesting. Must have a nosey at it sometime.

I like intervals.icu but a bit strange that it considers the time I had covid as my being fresh? 😀
