I have always warmed them in the oven.
I no longer have an oven.
I have an air frier but wasn't happy with the result ie hot on the outside but cold on the inside.
I have just bought some more and thinking of trying them cold.
Any thoughts ?

Traditionally, they are eaten at room temperature as that allows all the flavours to be present. Best, is just when you or the baker just takes them out of the over.

Depends how fresh, if fresh cold (or if lucky, slightly warm the seller).
I don't bother with supermarket ones, not worth the excessive calories!

Warmed (not too hot) in the microwave.

In my camping days, heated carefully in a frying pan.

I can't abide cold croissants. Italian cornetti, yes, but then they're usually filled with something.
