If someone had offered me Aus having to score 50 to win with 2 wickets left on the last day I would have taken that. We should be winning games from that situation.
I think we would have beaten any other team except Aus.
They are just very good at the moment and if we had played a conventional game I suspect the best we could have hoped for would be a boring draw.

I haven't seen any interviews 1st-hand, but it's sounding like they've done a swap with Robinson, who seems to have accepted the role of Team Arris-hole.

I really enjoyed Cummo's celebration - his synchronised bat+helmet throw was beautiful. He looked like someone delighted to have won a close match, and fair play to him.

Comfortable win for Scotland in the end - 111 runs.
For some reason I had it in my head that we have struggled against them in the past, but our record of 8 wins to their 4 has proved me wrong.
Looking it up, it's Ireland and Afghanitstan we struggle against, which isn't really a surprise.

Ah, yes, I'd forgotten about that! A great result and puts Ireland in a lot of trouble having already lost to Oman.
I quite like the format of qualifying, though I do think it's a bit harsh that there are only two slots available at the finals. I appreciate that cricket is one of the nichest sports around, but if the ICC were serious about growing it I think they need to expand stuff like the ODI World Cup. Not massively, maybe 12 teams?
Having the qualifiers in Zimbabwe again also seems a bit unfair.
