A quick crystal clear camelia. Cheap phone done good.
I thought about waiting around for some sunset colour. Glad I didn’t as it just went grey.

Porthgain harbour.
Slate (I thought) although the historic photograph says ‘brickworks and crushing plant’ but also mentions slate.
Given the size and depth of the harbour, getting those ships in and out must have been interesting.
A bit quieter now, although it can get a bit hectic having become a mecca for tourists in summer.

Reflections are generally around -1 stop which will make the aurora seem darker.Interesting that to my eye it's more visible in the reflection.
Very diffuse aurora over the local reservoir. Interesting that to my eye it's more visible in the reflection. I was surprised how faint it was on camera as there seemed to be a reasonable tint to the sky by eye.

Would more of it be visible if you reduced the blue balance? With my lazy auto settings, the glow of sunsets often disappears unless I set it to cloudy, and/or reduce the blue afterwards.
Amazing change in weather in a short amount of time.
