That's. hilarious. I predominately went where I was unlikely to meet traffic because most of the time my mind was on taking the picture not what was happening around me.

I like those. :okay:

Another vote for the last one being the best. I can imagine that as a nice print onto canvas and hung on the wall of a cycling cafe.

I'm no photographer, but agree that the last one is stunning. There is a fantastic juxtaposition of the movement in the pedals, cranks, chain, cassette and wheels as well as the background, but the sharpness of the bike frame, mudguards and bidon. Very much a cyclists viewpoint - lots of things are moving, but the bike is a constant - I've finished my ride, my legs are tired, scenery has changed, but the bike is still there between my legs.

Many thanks Brumjim, I am pretty ' chuffed ' how well that last pic turned out. I have been a keen photographer for many years but certainly no expert so I think I got lucky there. I like the slight shadow I cast on the road as well. I have more I will post in a few days, however, probably nothing as good as the one you reference.

A small handlebar or frame bag works well for carrying a compact camera. I use one with padding to protect against bumps, and it’s easy to grab quickly for a shot.

Sometimes, I take quick shots without getting off the bike, but for better compositions, I stop and take my time. Sharing photos afterward is easy with Nixplay since I can display my best shots straight from my phone without needing to print them.
