When was the last time, you saw a FIAT tractor-unit?
It would have been about 1998/99 and had been relegated to being the yard shunter, I remember it, as one day, whilst going to reception to sign in at this site, the lad that drove it had just uncoupled a trailer, and jumped back in to go move another, but had forgotten to disconnect the airline, i'm shouting to stop, he's looking out of the window with an expression of "Eh" until there was a loud rush of air & it stopped dead, it was a bit rusty, I'm surprised the cab didn't fall off!!

Hell!, you’d not dare use that pallet-truck!

That's why you don't start an overtake on a lorry until your exit is clear.

But if a car's in the blind-spot?

(the truck was on normal mirrors, not 'mirror-cam')

You look, look & look again, there's no excuse, just a simple lean forward gets a good look in the blind spot via the mirrors, and there will be a convex wide angle mirror under the main mirror, which are far better than car or van mirrors
Edit on that Scania it's above the main mirror
