It has been sat in the bike tool kit I purchased for Squidge when he had his bike maintenance lesson with the lovely bike fixey man... (they did not use it) I had peered at it, peered at the name, peered at my bike and could not figure out what you would use it for... Bertha has Hub Gears & Brakes so she would not use it, having peered at the video even if she did have those bits I would be still calling the bike fixey man asit most certainly looked

Yeah, sensible bikes, hub gears and freewheels. I think we only just got our first cassette bike last year. Might actually get to use a chain whip next year...
