I have e-bike MACINA LYCAN 671 LTD - KTM, and I am in need for a new cassette, chaining and chain.
I want the parts with the better ratio durability.

Original parts:
-FSA steel 36T Direct mount (WB349E)
-Shimano Deore M5100-11 cassette 11-51t - I dont need 51t, 41 t is ok and cheaper
-KMC e11 Sport EPT e-bike (replaced with Shimano HG701 chain)

Why do you need a new chainring?
Any 11sp cassette will fit.
Any 11sp chain will be fine. I prefer SRAM to KMC or Shimano.

As long as I breathe, I attack.
Also factor in you will need to shorten the chain to get the correct length so a chain tool will be needed, plenty of stuff on the interweb showing how to do it

I need i new cassete, and chain.
I'll also take the opportunity to change the chainring if possible to 38T
What do you recommend? I need to be compatible with the hub.

I already replaced several times the chain, I use the same length of the original. If I need, I will short the chain.
If I choose to increase the chaining, I will have to increase a lithe bit of the chain.

I recommend you change the cassette (and new chain with it). When you cut the chain go one link up (longer) as opposed to down (shorter).
Ride it and see. Would a 38t ring (increase of 5%) make a difference?
You have not (established the "need") answered the Q: why a new chainring (I assume because you are spinning out as opposed to it being worn).

On my routes I don't use lower speeds, and I want to change to 38t to reduce wear.
When I change the cassette, I always change the chainring. The price is low, and it will increase the life of the next components.

Changing from a 36t ring to a 38t ring will make zero difference to wear.
That you change both chainring and cassette at the same time may be your practice but it's irrational.
Changing the chainring will not "increase the life of the 'next' components" whatever you mean by that.
Chains elongate with use and wear cassettes' sprockets. Distance per chain might be 2000km but very much YMMV. Cleanliness, local sandiness and lubrication will each have effects.
A chainring will typically last at least 10000km unless elongated chains are run on them, in which case their (distance) life reduces.

Are you asking us to google this for you?
Availability may depend on country.
