You will probably get as many recommendation as replies. One mans meat is another mans poison as the saying goes,
Everyone has their own prefered.

Mine... Finish Line Ceramic.

I use finishline ceramic and use it sparingly.

Hi,

Most lubes are clean. The crap comes from wear and stuff thrown onto
the chain mostly from the front tyre, so as said choose your poison.
I use Wolf's chain lube, very cheap online, does the job.
I also use WD40 to try and clean the chain.

rgds, sreten.

About 1 cc in a little plastic squeeze bottle is good for lubing.
A lot more WD40 applied from the inside and wiped off every
2 or 3 lubes does get some of the crud off the chain, not all.

Finish Line Dry - in the dry. Anything will do if riding in the wet. The key is to keeping the drivetrain clean. I use Fenwicks concentrate http://www.evanscycles.com/products/fenwicks/fs1-cleaner-concentrate-ec020494

Use it neat with a chain cleaning tool on your drivetrain. Diluted on bike. THE best bike cleaner ever IMO.
