I was thinking that we need to extend Liverpool Bay's boundaries

we can leave the bits North of the Isle of Cavendish if the promise to bahave- as it will be renamed
and the South Border of the new Scouse Sea can be about level with the Seven

It will be OK for the Welsh to own the coastal waters - we can allow that and we will repeal the laws allowing them to be shot within the walls of Chester if they promise to behave and look after the Menai Straits
