I got 100 yards from home a couple of years ago and thought, "Crap, I've left my glasses behind." Reversed back to the house and noticed I could see perfectly clearly. I was wearing them.

You get dafter as you get older.

When I was working in a very technical part of an IT department we did some comms work

my boss generally tested whether or not a cable was working and receiving data by putting the send and receive data cable on his tongue
he claimed to know what data was on the line but he was the master of bull**** so I didn;t believe him - quite
