Went for a ride after work, I have noticed car drivers spraying screen wash in a pathetic attempt to cover you in it as they drive past you seems to have become a 'thing' now. Has anyone else noticed this?

Guy did it today, literally drove in front of me whilst repeatedly spraying his front screen. Was even slowing in front of me to do it. He didn't seem to understand the physical nature of a crosswind.

I've told this story on here before.
I was cycling home when a white van sprayed me with screen wash. I could hear the passenger laughing. I caught up with them in backed up traffic. Went to the driver side and said that wasnt very nice. The driver gave me a very sarcastic sorry saying I looked like I needed a wash. I said so do you. Got my water bottle and gave him a faceful. Who's laughing now I said. He wasn't happy. I rode off whilst he sat their fuming in the traffic.

Over in 'the other place', you'll see I've worked out a difference between 'What's new' and 'New posts' - the former ignores posts by 'ignored members', so you can more easily see if there's something worth looking at.

Definitely had this on a few occasions. It's fairly pathetic behaviour. Not to be overly dramatic about it but if you're not wearing glasses then consequences of getting screenwash in your eyes could be pretty serious. Not that that sort of thing ever seems to be a consideration with these people.

That's the way I view it. If you really need to try and spray a chemical solution in someone's face to make yourself feel good you are a pretty sad individual!

I see my name is being taken in vain. Am I a joke to you 🤨
Weirdly, I am in no hurry to register. Not sure if that's a good thing or not.

I finally registered there but then when I went in I discovered I just CBA getting involved in the same old chats again. It's like walking into a pub late and all your mates are already deep in discussion about something. Maybe I'll get involved on any interesting new topics that come up but it feels like an ideal chance to cut back on the time I waste online.

At the moment you're not missing much, as the top threads have been invaded by a troll and someone who thinks they can 'educate' him. Tiresome. But if you ignore them, there's some passable political comment otherwise, plus our freewheeling CS one.

Yeah. I keep checking back and thinking much the same.

Has Daniel B posted anything yet? Hadn't seen him but I wasn't sure.

Also, I think we left Windwave behind, although they hadn't posted for a while.
