Once we were warriors , great film from New Zealand
The steam slowly clearing from the platform........gets me every time.
Forgot about Toy Story 3. Yes I did cry at the furnace scene, and some of the leaving home scenes too.The Great Waldo Pepper where Robert Redford has to beat his mate unconscious so he doesn't feel being burnt to death in a crash (and when Robert Redford's girlfriend falls off when wing walking.....
And why has no one mentioned the furnace scene at the end of Toy story 3
yea tears of joy LOLMusical comedy kind of thing yeah?
Me too, and I'd forgotten the Sound of Music!A girl thing only? Not in our house, I am mocked mercilessly by my wife and children for crying buckets at the slightest (and corniest) provocation.
Plus:
Apollo 13 (when they reemerge from radio silence, and on a good day when Gene Kranz says "we've never lost an American in space and we're not starting now, not on my watch")
Sound of Music (multiple places but especially where the Captain hugs the children for the first time)
Ooops! Just my failing memory TMN..That's not the end, Slowmo, did you switch off then?
No! No! That film is not covered. Your man card has been revoked indefinitely .Me too, and I'd forgotten the Sound of Music!
Yep, Warhorse is under rated, it is a typical over blown Spielberg film but i love it. The end when the miller turns up and buys the horse, for his dead grandaughter, then gives it away gets me.Marley and me
Watership down
War horse
(Mainly animal films)
