Bought one from the Giant store for my Giant Defy, big enough to out a phone in, but fornd it was catching my knees when twisting my feet to release my cleats. Now on my Giant Roam, suits that ideal

Got a deuter one, the velcro isn't as brilliant on narrow steel tubes as it is on wider bars, but it holds without wobbling or sliding around. Just enough for some snacks and a battery pack for the GPS, and the side pocket comfortably holds money and a debit card. Phone etc go in pockets.
