I just watched this video of a road rage assault on a Birmingham cyclist. It left me shocked by the level of aggression by the van driver and even more shocked to find out the driver was not prosecuted but told to write a letter of apology.

Hey, if I wanted to do 'troll', I'd post her name, address, personal phone numbers, e-mail address (work and personal), bank account details and have PM'd all of her Facebook friends and Twitter followers with some intimate photos stored on her hard drive.
Now that would have been trolling.
