Mr Average here - 5' 9" - thought I was 5' 8" until last year when properly measured in a BUPA checkup...ah well (paid for by my employer, just as I handed my notice in..ho ho)..

Only thing with being 6' plus, is your bikes look stupidly lanky..heh heh..nothing 'compact' about them...hee hee...

Martin Johnson, 6' 7", 18 and a bit stone, of English Rubgy fame was a sight to behold lycra'd up hammering round the velodrome . That bike looked very small indeed.

A lot of respect to him for doing it

I'm 5'10" barefoot (which is just as well at my weight) - but in my 5" stilettos I struggle to find a dance partner tall enough for the smooches! ;)

I've not tried the stilettos while riding. I think I'll stick to flatter fotwear for that.

6'1" in me socks. Product of the milkman....Dad is 5'8" and Ma is 5'2". Milkman has a lot to answer to...my younger bro is a 6 footer too. Older Bro is 5'10" and will now be called shortie!

Now that all the vertically challenged people know where they stand on this forum, I take it they won't bother to contribute any more to this thread Dayvo
